Thank you for visiting and shopping at Old Village Apparel Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Time
All orders are processed and produced within [2-5] business days. Items are created on-demand, so production time is necessary before shipping. Items are typically shipped via [Carrier, e.g., USPS/DHL] from our print partners in the United States and internationally.
- Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: [2-7] business days.
- Priority Shipping: [2-4] business days (if applicable).
- Express Shipping: [1-3] business days (if applicable).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Old Village Apparel Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged, Lost, or Returned Items
If you received a damaged product, or if an item was lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at dqorvin@gmail.com with photos of the item. Printify will provide a free replacement or refund.
- We do not require that you send back damaged/faulty items.
6. Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.
